Sprouted Chickpea Hummus
- 3.5 C. Sprouted Chickpeas
- 3-4 oz. Olive Oil (extra virgin & cold pressed)
- 2-3 oz. Sesame Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp. Kelp Powder
- 1 Pinch Frontier Pizza Seasoning
- 1 Pinch Cayenne
- 2 Tsp. Ground Cumin Seed
- Optional: Braggs to taste after blending
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except Braggs.
- 2. While blending in a Vita Mix, stir vigorously with the stirring rod.
- 3. Season to taste with Braggs if desired and/or add other herbs, olives, etc.
