- 2 Cups Organic Shelled Hemp Seed
- 5 Cups Filtered Water
- Combine shelled hemp seeds and water in a high speed blender.
- Blend on high for 20 seconds.
- Remove the pulp by straining through a nut milk bag. (You can save your pulp for later to make a dehydrated cracker or crust).
- Serve it up and enjoy!
Hemp seeds have an excellent balance of Omegas 3 and 6, and to top it off hemp seeds also provide us with all essential amino acids making them a complete protein! Hemp milk is exceptionally creamy and rich.
Yield 7-8 cups. Stir if separation occurs, keeps in a fridge for 3 days.
