Green Soup (Raw Vegan)
- 3 C. Green Juice (we recommend a blend of sunflower sprout, pea sprout, cucumber, and celery)
- 1 C. Chopped Celery
- 1 C. Chopped Cucumber
- 1/4 C. Chopped Red Onion
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 C. Chopped Fresh Herbs
- 1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Kelp Powder, To Taste
- Garlic and Ginger, Optional
- Braggs Aminos or Nama Shoyu, Optional
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend well, and season to taste.
- Serve immediately.
