Green Soup (Raw Vegan)

Green Soup


  • 3 C. Green Juice (we recommend a blend of sunflower sprout, pea sprout, cucumber, and celery)
  • 1 C. Chopped Celery
  • 1 C. Chopped Cucumber
  • 1/4 C. Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 C. Chopped Fresh Herbs
  • 1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Kelp Powder, To Taste
  • Garlic and Ginger, Optional
  • Braggs Aminos or Nama Shoyu, Optional


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend well, and season to taste.
  3. Serve immediately.
