Baby Bok Choy With Mushrooms


  • 3 C. Baby Bok Choy, Chopped
  • 1 C. Shiitake Mushroom Caps, Sliced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Julienne
  • 1/4 C. Black Radish, Shredded
  • 1 C. Broccoli, Chopped
  • 2 T. Raw Sesame Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Pressed
  • 1 T. Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • 1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Braggs Aminos, Dulse, or Kelp Granules (optional, to taste)


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well and season to taste. Serve.
  3. Optional: Add curry powder for an excellent twist!
